November 2024 Market Report
Overall the sales for November were mixed depending on which market you’re in. Sale price and days on market were positive for some and negative for others vs this time last year.
Inventory will start to slow down and days on market will increase over the holiday season and pick back up again once the festivities slow down.
If you’re looking to buy or sell, keep your eye on the prize and stay motivated! Practise the upmost patience and your plans will come together when they’re meant to.
